Copenhagen accommodation

Copenhagen hotels There are many fine hotels in Copenhagen to suit every pocket. The Hotel d'Angleterre, a five star hotel by the old square, Kongens Nytorv, in the heart of Copenhagen has long been famous for its distinguished service and delightful sidewalk cafe. Another fine hotel is The Palace Hotel also located on the Town Hall Square, opposite the famous Tivoli Gardens and around the corner from the wonderful shopping street, Strøge. For cheaper hotels, 3 and 2 star, you can't do better than the Cab Inn chain of hotels. For those travelling on a small budget and who want something really different, comfortable accommodation can be found at the various Mission Hotels. Despite their name, they are not religious organisations but were originally founded by a temperance society. Many of them now, are fully licensed and will serve alcohol. They are very good value and consequently are popular with Danish families. Hotel Nebo is an example of a mission hotel. A well-known 2 star cosy hotel close to Copenhagen central station
